Sr. EPIC Care Companion Consultant

Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* Design and configure Epic Care Companion care plans, task lists, educational materials, and reminders to specific patient populations (e.g.

routine pregnancy, chronic kidney disease, surgical care journey)


* Configure, build and implement Epic Care Companion care plans

Qualifications

Required


* Active Certification in Epic MyChart or Ambulatory, preferably with Care Companion Badge


* 5+ years of experience with Epic Care Companion build, implementation and support


* 5+ years of collaboration skills as this role will work closely with business partners throughout design and implementation activities.


* 5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience, specifically configuring Care Companion


* 5+ years of experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support


* 5+ years analytical problem-solving, communication and project management skills


* Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation


* Demonstrative understanding of Change control processes


* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
