IAM Integration Engineer

The IAM Integration Engineer Leads Deloitte's engineering strategy and technical direction for the cleints identity, credential, and access management environment.

This role aligns identity services, integrations, security controls, and modernization efforts with Zero Trust objectives and operational requirements.

The IAM Integration Engineer works across stakeholders to define scalable target-state engineering, strengthen governance, and support secure access across enterprise platforms.

As a IAM Integration Engineer on the ICAM team, you will be responsible for...


* Leading engineering strategy for enterprise identity, credential, and access management capabilities in support of the clients mission and security objectives


* Defining target-state ICAM Engineering, integration patterns, and technical standards across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments


* Guiding modernization initiatives that align identity services and access controls with Zero Trust principles and federal security requirements


* Partnering with other engineers, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and program stakeholders to evaluate requirements, resolve architectural issues, and support implementation decisions


* Overseeing architectural governance, technical roadmaps, and solution reviews to improve scalability, interoperability, and operational performance

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 8+ years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or enterprise engineering


* 5+ years of experience engineering or leading identity and access management solutions in complex enterprise environments
