Work You'll Do

As a Consultant, Technical Transformation on the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for federal and defense clients


* Contributing to requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing platform support


* Developing or supporting workflows, integrations, user experiences, and data models within the ServiceNow platform


* Assisting with platform modernization efforts, including upgrades, performance optimization, documentation, and issue resolution


* Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to support delivery milestones and mission outcomes

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


* 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow in 1 or more of the following areas;



* ServiceNow solution architecture, scoped applications, workflows, scripting, data models, UI experiences, and integrations
