COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time.
While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range.
We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.
Lead Functional Coordinator Salary range: $112,240 – $145,810
Overview
The Lead Functional Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical expertise to the real-time operations staff.
This includes providing leadership, mentoring, and training of operators across functional lines, which ensures that functional tasks performed by operators have consistency of quality and structure between shifts.
The position handles complex and sensitive work and requires limited supervisory responsibility over Operations personnel.
A high level of discretion and judgment are required regarding work details and making operational decisions.
As a subject matter expert, this role will serve as the secondary customer contact, and support all major Functional areas of Operations.
The Lead Functional Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in operational reporting requirements (FERC, NERC, SPP, MRO, WECC, SOC1, etc.).
