Senior Recruiter

Senior Recruiter Clinical & Sales Full-Time Remote We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruiting efforts across our Home Health and Hospice operations.

This position will manage full-cycle recruiting for both clinical and sales positions across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate is a strong recruiter who takes ownership of their positions, actively sources talent, builds strong relationships with hiring leaders, and keeps the recruiting process moving.

What Youll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and sales positionsRecruit for RNs, LPNs/LVNs, clinical leadership, Account Executives, Clinical Liaisons, and other field-based rolesPartner directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and prioritiesProactively source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreachScreen candidates for experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, and availabilityCoordinate interviews and maintain timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managersManage multiple openings across different locations and marketsMaintain accurate candidate and position information in the ATSProvide regular updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring activityCoordinate offers and help move candidates efficiently through the hiring processBuild pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positionsDeliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process What Were Looking For 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceHealthcare recruiting experience requiredExperience recruiting clinical positions such as RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and clinical leadershipExperience recruiting sales or business development positions preferredHome Health and/or Hospice recruiting experience strongly preferredStrong sourcing and direct outreach skillsExperience with Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other recruiting toolsAbility to manage a high volume of openings across multiple marketsStrong communication, organization, and follow-up skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
