Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Associate Director, Integrated Marketing to provide strategic leadership for marketing initiatives that advance our Strategy & Impact work.

CJP is building our 10-year strategic vision for our Greater Boston community, and this roleis responsible for shaping and driving the marketing strategy and implementation that communicates our impact to our donors, partners and community at large.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive integrated marketing strategies that tell the CJP story in a relevant, impactful, and consistent manner across all CJP channels and community touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in integrated marketing, project management, impact sharing and community engagement, and capable of leading complex initiatives, influencing cross-functional partners, and managing multiple priorities and resources across our marketing team.

The candidate should have deep expertise leading and collaborating across an in-house or agency-based marketing team including creative team, digital marketing team, social team and most importantly internal or external client partners.

The candidate should thrive on forming deep working relationships with senior partners and holding both the strategy and accountability of highly complex marketing projects.

They will serve as a strategic advisor to partners and bring a strong point of view while fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.

The candidate should be process driven and understand how to manage a marketing project workflow from start to finish, gain alignment from various stakeholders, and be able to articulate marketing insights to partners that have varying levels of marketing knowledge.

The candidate should also feel comfortable operating in an environment that can be both planful and strategically agile, adapting priorities and mobilizing resources quickly to rapidly changing community and or crisis needs.
