Associate Art Director / Graphic Designer - Brand Team

This is an opportunity, you'll own end-to-end visual storytelling across campaigns and experiences-setting the creative direction, leading photo shoots, and building scalable design systems that bring clarity, consistency, and energy to one of the most visible brands in financial services.

As an Art Director / Graphic Designer on the Brand, Creative team, you'll concept and produce brand-defining creative that helps JPMorganChase show up clearly and consistently across touchpoints.

You'll design and refine assets across channels (digital, social and print), contribute to scalable visual systems, and collaborate with partners across marketing, product, and creative from brief through delivery.

You'll also lead photoshoots and social productions end-to-end-setting the visual approach, building shot lists, directing talent on set, and overseeing selects/retouching to ensure the final imagery meets brand standards.

This role is built for a creative with strong craft and judgment who can balance ambition with precision, speed, and consistency at enterprise scale.

Job responsibilities


* Direct photoshoots and social productions: Develop shot lists, visual direction, partner with producers, photographers, and directors, direct talent on set, oversee selects and retouching and edits.


* Build, evolve, and maintain visual identity systems and toolkits that enable consistent execution across partnership assets and channels.


* Develop and execute creative concepts and designs across card design, packaging, email, print collateral, publication, and other partnership-related applications.


* Apply advanced typography, color theory, layout, and photography direction to produce elevated, engaging work.


* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve design challenges, align on objectives, and deliver cohesive creative outcomes.


* Present and clearly articulate design decisions, rationale, and brand standards to team members and stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


* 3-5 years of creative agency experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication design.


* Bachelor's degree in design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).


* Portfolio showing strong design fundamentals and range across multi-channel deliverables (digital, print, and presentation work).


* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, including efficient file setup and organized working practices.


* Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and image-making/selection.


* Demonstrated ability to work within (and help maintain) brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.


* Comfort partnering cross-functionally and communicating clearly in critiques, reviews, and stakeholder conversations.
