As a Business Analysis Associate II within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Job responsibilities


* Analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions and planning.


* Build business case analysis with cost/benefit view for operational and strategic initiatives and present results to stakeholders.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align assumptions, build capacity requirements, and execute strategy.


* Deliver capacity and financial insights for budgeting, resource use, cost per unit, allocations, headcount and expense trends.


* Track efficiency goals in forecasts and track actual results against forecast.


* Partner with Finance/Capacity teams to maintain capacity models as forecasted volume and headcount trends change.


* Automate and streamline processes to improve efficiency.


* Assess scenarios and risks to support informed decisions that impact department outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


* 3+ years of experience analyzing data, identifying variances/trends, and producing clear, actionable reporting.


* Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint.


* Demonstrate knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and the ability to build basic financial models, develop a business case scenario, and explain results and build business cases that include accurate cost/benefit analysis and impacts to productivity, headcount, expense and P&L's


* Logical problem-solver who can analyze capacity data, forecast outcomes, and perform under tight deadlines; works independently while collaborating well with others.
