You'll work as part of a team to prepare food, serve customers, maintain your station, and keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe.

This is a hands-on culinary position where you'll have the opportunity to use your cooking skills every day while working a schedule that's designed to give you something traditional restaurants often don't: A LIFE OUTSIDE OF WORK! What You'll Do Cook Great Food Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and procedures Follow cooking techniques and portion standards Prepare food for breakfast, lunch, and other daily service activities Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation Monitor food during cooking to ensure proper quality and doneness Assist with menu items and daily food production Work efficiently to keep food service moving on schedule Serve Our Customers Provide friendly and professional customer service Serve food in a timely and courteous manner Interact positively with customers Answer basic questions about menu items when appropriate Maintain a clean and welcoming service area Help create a positive dining experience Prepare Ingredients Complete daily food preparation and production Wash, cut, portion, and prepare ingredients as needed Follow recipes and preparation instructions Properly label, date, and store prepared food Maintain appropriate food temperatures Assist other culinary team membe...
