Remote Patient Service Representative Remote | Full-Time and Part-Time 1099 Contractor Openings 1st Call Practice Solutions is seeking a dependable, patient-focused Remote Patient Service Representative to support Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) programs for physician practices.

This is an entry-level, non-clinical healthcare position ideal for someone with strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.

Training will be provided.

What You'll Do Contact patients identified by their healthcare provider for RPM and RTM programs Explain the program using approved scripts and obtain/document patient consent Assist patients with basic program enrollment and onboarding Monitor patient participation and incoming data through remote monitoring platforms Contact patients who are missing required readings or participation Complete routine patient outreach and follow-up calls Ask approved monitoring questions and accurately document patient responses Escalate abnormal readings, symptoms, or clinical concerns to the appropriate clinical team according to established protocols Document calls, outreach attempts, patient participation, and other required information accurately Communicate professionally with patients, physician practices, and internal team members Follow HIPAA, privacy, security, and program-specific procedures
