Warehouse Supervisor - Second Shift

We carry a full line of TCGs, miniatures, board games, card games, RPGs, dice, comic and gaming supplies from the industry's top manufacturers.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team! Come help us distribute fun across the United States! Hours of business: Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 12:30 am; Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

Training hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (2 weeks) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental Insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and maintaining professional and respectful working relationships with external shipping services staff, sales staff, warehouse staff, and management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (including but are not limited to): · Lead, schedule, train, and provide day-to-day direction to a team of 8-10 warehouse associates across receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and distribution processes · Plan and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory counts, reconcile results with system data, and ensure inventory records remain accurate.

· Enforce procedures that protect employee safety, warehouse security, equipment, and inventory.

· Coordinate order fulfillment activities, including processing requests, picking materials, packing boxes, staging shipments, and wrapping pallets, to meet accuracy and service expectations.

· Maintain inventory controls, investigate discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and report significant issues to the Facilities Manager.

· Monitor team productivity, order accuracy, and service quality; reinforce organizational standards and address performance or process issues promptly.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable procedures.

· Partner with sales, shipping carriers, and management to resolve fulfillment issues, prioritize workloads, and support business needs.

· Perform other duties as directed by the Facilities Manager or other senior management.

Requirements: · At least 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience, including responsibility for directing staff and daily operations; required.

· 2+ years of receiving/shipping warehouse experience.

· Knowledge of receiving & shipping practices.

· Must be able to bend and lift 50lb boxes.

· Well-organized, able to multitask, and strong attention to detail is a must.

· Must possess strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within the team environment.

· Forklift certified.
