Dishwasher

DISHWASHER The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by washing dishes, glasses, and kitchen equipment.

They also assist with basic kitchen tasks, ensuring the cleanliness of workstations and dining areas.

The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The duties of a Dishwasher include, but are not limited to, the following: · Washes and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.

· Follows all written and verbal instructions concerning department equipment use and maintenance.

· Maintains and changes dish machine chemicals as needed.

· Generally, keeps kitchen (work area) clean, including walls, doors, and stainless areas polished.

· Manages trash removal from kitchen.

· Follow all safety procedures when handling kitchen equipment.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks such as food preparation and restocking supplies.

· Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including using personal protective equipment (PPE).
