The Role: In this role, you will lead daily business operations, drive retail sales, and manage the team to ensure the location's overall profitability and success.

Schedule:MondayFriday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What We're Looking For Associates degree (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).35 years of management experience, coupled with 25 years of proven success in healthcare sales.A self-motivated, proactive approach to leadership with a passion for excellent customer service.Strong sales abilities with a track record of driving business growth and achieving operational goals.

What Youll Be Doing Oversee day-to-day staff management: scheduling, coaching, and holding team members accountable to foster a high-performing culture.

Train staff on all computer systems and internal processes to ensure operational fluency.

Delegate tasks effectively and follow up consistently to ensure smooth, uninterrupted daily operations.

Take ownership of the locations financial success, focusing on growing retail sales and maximizing overall profitability.

Manage daily financial processes, including balancing cash drawers and completing daily bank deposits.

Oversee the delivery processes and ensure the building remains secure and fully operational.

Periodically travel to and provide coverage for other locations as requested by management (flexibility regarding your "home office" is required based on broader staffing needs).

Build and maintain highly effective, positive working relationships with your staff, our customers, and key local referral sources.
