The Role: The Deliveries Manager oversees the daily operations of the delivery team, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe distribution of durable medical equipment (DME) to patients, healthcare facilities, and other clients.

Schedule:MondayFriday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.Minimum 35 years of experience managing delivery or logistics teams.Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; DOT card or ability to obtain.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lift and assist with DME equipment as needed (up to 50lbs) What Youll Be Doing Manage and lead a team of delivery technicians and delivery coordinators.Plan, schedule, and optimize delivery routes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely service.Ensure all deliveries, and pickups meet company standards for safety, accuracy, and patient care.Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on proper equipment handling, customer service, and compliance.Handle escalated customer issues or complaints professionally and ensure resolution.Track key performance metrics, including delivery times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction, and implement improvements as needed.Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and local/state/federal regulations regarding medical equipment delivery.Collaborate with other departments, including warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams, to coordinate seamless operations.Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and safety protocols for the delivery department.
