Senior Associate, Tender Management

Join us as a Senior Associate in Tender Management in Leeds and drive business growth through strategic bid leadership.

You'll lead the full tendering lifecycle, from analyzing customer requirements to crafting compelling proposals that win.

What will you do?


* Produce tenders as necessary according to department loading demands.


* Review technical enquiries and identify those which can be offered using the standard pricing.


* Work in collaboration with the external salesforce to support and execute strategies to establish products and solutions during identification phase.


* Ensure that Standard quotation and pricing tools used within the tendering process, are kept continually updated to meet market needs.


* Review and approve tender price/costing estimates and submit for management approval in accordance with the tendering processes.


* Ensure that formal risk analysis and mitigation is carried out on appropriate tenders and is submitted with approval requests.


* Ensure all orders received against a tender are properly verified to be in line with the quotation and all information is present prior to handover to contracts.

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 37,600 - GBP 56,400 per year.

This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom.
