Change Manager - Finance Back Office

What You'll Do


* Serve as the OCM representative within the Finance business domain, driving Power User adoption strategies and mitigating risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.


* Identify opportunities where Organizational Change Management (OCM) services such as Business Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, and Communications can add value to your domain.


* Upskill on domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at different plants and facilities for deployments, responsible for keeping training resources updated and organized.


* Act as the primary liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team, gathering process-related feedback, requirements, and identifying risks.


* Translate domain knowledge and BA specifications into clear, compelling training documentation and Single Point Lessons (SPLs) using Scribe in English and Spanish (framework training provided during onboarding).


* Maintain, organize, and track training deliverables through structured dashboards (monitoring total vs.

completed SPLs per sprint).


* Collaborate with different change management functional areas to deliver accurate and timely information.


* Share insights and recommendations to support smooth adoption of changes and alignment with organizational goals.


* Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs) and Product Owners (POs) to keep up to date on system enhancements and changes impacting users.


* NOTE: This role requires travel to different plant locations in North America: 50-75% (maximum of 2 consecutive weeks per trip).

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, Finance/Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).


* Travel & Visa Requirements:



* Willingness to travel 50%-75% (maximum of 2 consecutive weeks per trip).


* For Mexico-Based Roles: Valid Passport and US Visa are required for occasional US travel.

Working knowledge or hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA within the assigned business domain.

Experience in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, training delivery, or project coordination.

Working knowledge of Finance dependencies/integrations with MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution) is a strong plus.
