Finance Intern (Querétaro)

What will you do?

As a Finance Intern at the QRO Campus, you'll be an important part of our Finance team, supporting key processes that help keep our operations running smoothly.

Your day-to-day work will give you hands-on experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will:


* Support month-end close activities, including preparing financial reports and reviewing actuals versus forecast or budget variances.


* Assist with Sales, COGS, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial data is accurate and reliable.


* Support CAPEX and OPEX validation by maintaining project trackers, reviewing documentation, coordinating follow-ups, and assisting with Fixed Asset creation and capitalization activities.


* Support inventory governance activities, including cycle counts, Physical Inventory preparation, reconciliation, and follow-up on inventory discrepancies.


* Help monitor internal controls and maintain clear supporting documentation for audits, cross-audits, and internal reviews.


* Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Central Finance teams on continuous improvement initiatives.


* Support the development of dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools that improve financial visibility and decision-making.


* Bring forward ideas to simplify processes, automate recurring activities, and strengthen financial governance.

* Good Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, data validation, and basic financial modeling.


* Interest in developing skills in Power BI, SQL, SAP, and other financial reporting tools.


* Genuine interest in financial reporting, product costing, cost control, inventory governance, and internal controls.


* Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to challenge existing processes constructively.
