Senior Analyst, Commercial Excellence

We are seeking a highly analytical and digitally savvy Commercial Excellence Analyst to strengthen commercial execution and business performance.

This role will help drive commercial efficiency through disciplined data management, KPI tracking, CRM governance, forecasting support, and high-quality business reporting.

The analyst will support core commercial processes, including forecast management, account planning, opportunity tracking, pipeline analysis, and performance reviews.

The role will translate complex data into clear insights that support timely, strategic decision-making.

What will you do?
Commercial Performance and KPI Tracking


* Track, consolidate, and report key commercial KPIs, including orders, sales, pipeline, and forecast performance.


* Analyze results against targets, identify performance gaps, and support the development and follow-through of corrective action plans.


* Provide recurring and ad hoc performance analyses to support commercial reviews and leadership decisions.


* Support forecast accuracy by monitoring changes, risks, assumptions, and key business drivers.

CRM Management and Data Quality


* Manage and maintain commercial data within bFO, in alignment with established processes and governance standards, and in collaboration with Commercial teams.


* Monitor opportunity data for accuracy and completeness, including value, sales stage, forecast category, expected close date, and other required fields.


* Assess pipeline health, highlight aging or inconsistent records, and coordinate follow-up with commercial teams.


* Promote strong bFO discipline and support continuous improvement of data quality practices.

Business Intelligence and Reporting


* Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI.


* Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and data reliability.


* Validate reporting outputs and investigate discrepancies across source systems and business reports.


* Convert commercial data into actionable insights, concise recommendations, and clear visual narratives.
