Senior Scrum Master II

Join Schneider Electric as a Senior Scrum Master II and help enable high-performing teams across our Product Design & Compliance organisation.

Working across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Management, you will coach teams, strengthen Agile ways of working, manage complex dependencies and improve delivery predictability across product development programs.

What You'll Be Doing


* Lead key Agile ceremonies and strengthen Scrum practices.


* Coach teams and Product Owners to improve Agile maturity and performance.


* Remove impediments and manage risks, dependencies and priorities.


* Support release planning and key product development milestones.


* Use Agile metrics to improve visibility and delivery predictability.


* Drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

About You

You are an experienced Scrum Master or Agile professional who can coach cross-functional teams, navigate complex delivery environments and drive effective Agile ways of working.

What You'll Bring


* Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead or Delivery Lead.


* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.


* Experience in engineering, manufacturing, technology or product development environments.


* Experience coaching teams and improving Agile maturity.


* Strong capability in managing impediments, dependencies and delivery risks.


* Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar Agile tools.


* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Highly Regarded


* Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Project Management or related discipline.


* Agile certification such as PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist.


* Experience in industrial, manufacturing or complex product lifecycle environments.
