What will you do?
We are looking for a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support the deployment and maintenance of manufacturing data, BOMs, routings, and product configurations within SAP.

This role is critical to ensuring accurate manufacturing information, smooth product launches, and effective production planning across our operations.

The position works closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Industrialization, Quality, and Product Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
+ Create, maintain, and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP.
+ Configure and maintain routings and manufacturing master data.
+ Support new product introductions and engineering changes.
+ Ensure manufacturing data accuracy and compliance with business rules.
+ Analyze and resolve SAP data issues impacting production.
+ Coordinate product transfers, plant launches, and manufacturing changes.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing systems and data management.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of products into production.
+ Develop data analysis and reporting to support operational decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
+ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
+ English advanced
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Hands-on experience maintaining BOMs (Bills of Materials).
+ Experience working with SAP in manufacturing, production planning, industrialization, engineering, or supply chain processes.
+ Experience managing engineering changes, product releases, or manufacturing master data.
+ Advanced English communication skills.
+ Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query, or similar analytical tools.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with new product introduction (NPI).
+ Knowledge of routings, production versions, and manufacturing master data.
+ Experience supporting production planning or supply chain operations.
+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
+ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or data analytics tools.
+ Experience in electronics, electrical, industrial, or automotive manufacturing environments.
