Strategic Account Operations Leader

Mission

Assume full accountability for the execution, delivery, and Commissiong of a portfolio of projects in line with our Long-Term Program Agreement with one of our strategic accounts in the Data Center segment.

The incumbent will lead a team of project managers and collaborate with other functions (i.e purchasing, logistics, contract mgt, project controlling, technical leaders, Site & Cx managers and Quality) to ensure consistent, high-quality, and profitable delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

Scope and Environment

The customer is a strategic account operating in East Asia & Australia who is now expanding in India.

The portfolio of projects includes all technologies and solutions of the Scheider Electric Energy Management business unit and across 3 locations in India.

The client's management team in India will be based in Mumbai.

This role will report to the Strategic Account Program VP.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Execution & Delivery


* Lead and coordinate simultaneous project execution across multiple locations in India


* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to quality and safety standards


* Drive standardization and consistency in delivery practices across the region


* Monitor project performance (schedule, cost, risk, KPIs) and implement corrective actions


* Manage variations, claims, and disputes effectively with support of contract manager


* Mitigate commercial and delivery risks across all projects

Financial & Performance Accountability


* Own portfolio P&L performance and financial outcomes of the projects in India



* Drive cost control, margin improvement, and operational efficiency


* Establish and monitor KPIs across project delivery & customer satisfaction

Customer Leadership & Satisfaction


* Act as the primary senior interface for the customer across all projects in India


* Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with the client leadership team


* Ensure consistent delivery excellence aligned with customer expectations


* Ensure that project status and progress is reported on a regular basis according to the specified requirement and proactively manage issues, escalations, and scope changes.


* Drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and performance metrics

Support to Tendering Team


* Ensure alignment between tender assumptions and execution capabilities


* Support the tendering team in



* Defining the right execution set up,


* Identification of project execution risk & mitigation plan,


* Sharing lessons learned lessons from execution to be considered during the bidding stage

* Strong and tight collaboration with:
