Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

Schneider Electric is a global leader in energy management and automation, and we're looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of industrial automation services across our operations.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing service contracts and project delivery while contributing to customer retention, service growth, and commercial performance.

Working closely with service engineers, sales teams, operations, and customers, you'll ensure outstanding service outcomes while identifying opportunities to add value and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead the delivery of service contracts and projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, cost, and commercial objectives are achieved.


* Manage planning, risk, change control, cost management, and stakeholder communications across service engagements.


* Deliver maintenance and managed services contracts while achieving agreed SLAs and customer outcomes.


* Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor for operational and commercial discussions.


* Identify and progress service growth opportunities aligned to customer needs.


* Support bids, proposals, pricing activities, and contract reviews.


* Provide functional leadership and coaching to service engineering teams.


* Maintain awareness of industrial automation technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You are a customer-focused professional with strong commercial awareness and experience delivering services or projects in industrial automation environments.

You will bring:


* 5+ years' experience delivering Industrial Automation solutions in complex industrial environments.


* Experience managing service contracts, projects, or customer engagements.


* A strong automation background, ideally with Schneider Electric or comparable platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, Emerson, Yokogawa, Honeywell, or ABB.


* Experience identifying service growth opportunities and building trusted customer relationships.


* Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, telemetry, DCS, and related technologies.


* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.


* The ability to balance operational delivery with commercial and customer objectives.


* A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to travel as required.
