In this vital role, youll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: This individual will lead interdisciplinary teams to meet quality benchmarks, resident, family and employee satisfaction benchmarks and financial goals.

Will also work with various teams to address business objectives, marketing strategies and staff development.

The role of Administrator is also responsible for driving positive customer satisfaction outcomes while creating a homelike environment which allows families to feel confident in the choice of their loved ones long-term care/skilled care services.

We are willing to train the right individual to become an Administrator through our training program.
