We are seeking a Scientist Custom Development to play a key role in advancing customer-driven microbiological solutions.

This role is designed for a hands-on scientific professional who can design and execute bench-level work while adapting existing processes to meet evolving customer needs and deliver high-quality, practical outcomes.

To Be Considered for This Position, Candidates Must Have the Following Qualifications: Education: Ph.D.

in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related life science discipline Experience: 5+ years of relevant industry experience in applied microbiological or molecular research Strong hands-on laboratory experience, including experimental design, execution, and data interpretation across microbiological or molecular techniques Experience adapting scientific processes to meet specific project or customer requirements Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments supporting biological products Demonstrated ability to author technical documentation, laboratory protocols, and scientific reports Why Youll Love This Role At Microbiologics, R&D is more than traditional research, its a strategic partner to the business.
