Liberty Resources is seeking applicants for a Clinic Therapist for our Integrated Health Center in Rochester, NY.

Clinic Therapist Position Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Supervising Therapist, the Therapist is primarily responsible for the provision of therapy to individuals, couples, families and groups referred to the Brownell Center.

Clinic Therapist Job Responsibilities:


* Provide person-centered outpatient mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.


* Conduct intake assessments, gather information from relevant sources, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical supervisor.


* Provide clinical interventions and crisis intervention services to support clients in achieving service plan goals and maintaining stability.


* Advocate for children and families by coordinating services, referrals, and linkages with educational, legal, healthcare, and community providers.


* Maintain effective professional relationships with service providers and community organizations while promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.


* Complete required documentation, case records, reports, statistics, and incident reporting accurately and within established program and agency timelines.


* Participate in supervision, staff meetings, training, professional development, and emergency/on-call coverage while adhering to agency policies, program standards, and required certifications.

Clinic Therapist Qualifications:


* Master’s degree in Social Work or related clinical field.


* Minimum of one (1) year of post-graduate experience; related experience may substitute.


* Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work effectively with individuals and families.


* Family-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work one evening per week.


* Excellent verbal communication skills.


* Excellent written communication skills.

Pay range: $63,000 - $69,000 annually
