Job Summary We are a growing law firm in need of a reliable and proactive Litigation Paralegal.

The Paralegal will work directly with our litigation attorneys to support cases from intake through resolution.

Our caseload is growing, and the ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, notices, subpoenas, and other litigation documentsCalendar and track deadlines, hearings, depositions, and statutes of limitationsManage all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissionOrganize, review, and summarize documents, medical records, and deposition transcriptsAssist with preparation for mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings, including preparing binders, exhibits, and case summariesMeet with clients, attorneys, witnesses, and other professionals to discuss case detailsPerform legal and factual research, including public records searchesReview and proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with court rulesOrganize andmaintain case files in an electronic filing systemReview, orga...
