How You Will Make an Impact


* Construct, install, and strip formwork for foundations, walls, columns, piers, slabs, and beams.


* Establish precise measurements and elevations to ensure structural integrity across project sites.


* Utilize advanced hand and power tools to build complex form systems and temporary bracing.


* Collaborate with project Foremen and Superintendents to meet strict construction schedules.


* Maintain rigorous jobsite safety practices to protect yourself, your crew, and the site.


* Execute daily formwork tasks with high attention to detail to minimize material waste.


* Install and tie reinforcement, including rebar and wire mesh, into footings, walls, and slabs 


* experience with relevant commercial formwork systems, such as steel-ply, plywood/gates forms, and gang forms, plus slab preparation activities such as grade reading, wire mesh, vapor barrier, and taping. 

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Proven hands-on experience in concrete formwork, layout, and general commercial carpentry.


* Strong working knowledge of standard form systems, bracing methods, and elevation tools.


* Practical expertise operating relevant construction hand tools and heavy power equipment.


* Ability to travel up to 10% to jobsites located outside a 30-mile radius of the main office.


* Strong dedication to jobsite safety standards and proactive team collaboration.


* Add experience reading rebar and formwork shop drawings 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* 3+ years of dedicated concrete carpentry experience in commercial environments.


* Prior experience working on site elevation setups and complex structural layouts.


* Add English/Spanish bilingual ability as a preferred qualification, because the field workforce is overwhelmingly Spanish-speaking and the hire needs to communicate effectively with crews.
