* Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License, OSHA 40hr Safety Certification.

The Opportunity

You will drive high-end residential renovation projects across Staten Island from initial framing to final trim work.

This role gives you complete ownership over field craftsmanship in a supportive, safety-conscious environment where your expertise is directly recognized.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Execute custom residential renovation projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and home additions.


* Direct daily field operations on site from structural rough framing through final cabinet and custom trim installation.


* Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations, clean job site standards, and home protection protocols.


* Interpret technical blueprints and specifications to ensure every phase meets exact quality standards.


* Serve as the primary field liaison to communicate project progress effectively with homeowners and managers.


* Trouble-shoot and resolve real-time technical framing or finish obstacles on active job sites.


* Utilize a full set of personal professional tools to efficiently complete diverse carpentry tasks.

Required Qualifications & Experience 


* 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and finish carpentry.


* Comprehensive expertise across rough framing, door and window installation, and custom trim work


* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


* Active OSHA safety course completion.


* Ownership of a full complement of personal hand and power tools.


* Strong communication skills and an exceptional eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience 


* Specialized manufacturer training, fall protection, or equipment lift certifications.


* Demonstrated experience leading field crews or mentoring junior carpenters on active job sites.
