The Role

The Deloitte Microsoft Technology Practice is seeking a Microsoft Global Sales and Solution Center (GSSC) Architect to support strategic client opportunities.

This full-time role works within a rotational, cross-functional team of architects and enablement professionals from Global Member Firms and the USI shared services team.

The architect should bring deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and working knowledge across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Security, and Microsoft Copilot and agentic AI capabilities.

The role requires experience in enterprise architecture, solution shaping, estimation, commercial modeling, and delivery leadership.

Experience working with Deloitte practices is preferred.

The GSSC coordinates across business, industry, and technology teams to accelerate offering development and provide a central hub for pursuit architecture, estimation, responsible AI, security, and delivery planning for strategic Microsoft pursuits in the U.S., including Government & Public Services.

Work You'll Do

Strategic Responsibilities


* Contribute to the vision, operating model, and roadmap for Microsoft GSSC initiatives in partnership with practice leadership and the Microsoft CTO/Chief Architect community.


* Lead architecture and commercial shaping for complex Microsoft pursuits spanning Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Security, and Copilot and agentic AI solutions.


* Translate business and industry outcomes into secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized reference architectures w/ Cloud Adoption Framework and Azure Well-Architected Framework.


* Shape responsible AI and agentic solutions, including model and agent selection, grounding and retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, observability, human oversight, and content-safety controls.
