Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent to join our team as the Senior Director, MT CPA Strategy & Operations.

The preferred location is New Brunswick, NJ but consideration will be given to other Medtech office locations.

Reports to: Global Leader, MedTech Communications & Public Affairs

Geographic Scope: Global

Position Summary

The Senior Director, MT CPA Strategy & Operations serves as the strategy and operations leader for MedTech Communications & Public Affairs, partnering closely with the Global Vice President and MT CPA Leadership Team to strengthen organizational performance, enable transformation, and advance the function's impact on business outcomes.

This leader is responsible for driving the strategic planning, operating model evolution, measurement and insights agenda, communications technology ecosystem, budget governance, vendor management, process excellence, and capability-building efforts that enable MT CPA to operate with greater agility, efficiency, creativity, and measurable business impact.

As part of our new operating model, this role will also need to create scalable operations platforms and processes to support our BU CPA teams.

The role serves as a catalyst for modernization-bringing external perspectives, emerging technologies, industry standards, and innovative tools and operating models into the organization to continuously strengthen how MT CPA delivers value.

This includes actively assessing the effectiveness of core MT CPA processes that enable business growth, protect and build reputation, and strengthen J&J employee culture.
