Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Specialist (TS) to support the London North region within our Electrophysiology (EP) business.

Technical Specialist will provide expert clinical and technical support for J&J MedTech Electrophysiology technologies, partnering with physicians, physiologists and cath lab teams to drive safe and effective adoption of CARTO, VARIPULSE, OPTRELL, SoundStar, DE STSF and future EP technologies across London North accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Case Support


* Provide on-site technical support during electrophysiology procedures.


* Support physicians with mapping, navigation and ablation workflows using the CARTO platform.


* Troubleshoot technical issues in real time during procedures.


* Ensure high standards of patient safety and product performance.

Customer Education & Training


* Deliver training for consultants, cardiac physiologists, nurses and cath lab staff.


* Support new technology launches and clinical adoption programmes.


* Develop centres of excellence through education and best-practice sharing.

Account Development


* Partner with Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Clinical Development Managers.
