We are searching for the best talent for Field Service Engineer - Electrophysiology based in Seoul.

Key Responsibilities

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable company policies, procedures, and compliance standards, this position will:


* Provide onsite and remote technical support for Biosense Webster products through customer-facing service activities and technical support channels.


* Install, configure, maintain, repair, and upgrade equipment within assigned territories.


* Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and system performance optimization activities.


* Evaluate, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues to ensure reliable system performance and minimize downtime.


* Respond to customer inquiries and emergency service requests in a timely and professional manner.


* Provide technical support and guidance to physicians, nurses, biomedical engineers, and other healthcare professionals.


* Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.


* Manage customer expectations before, during, and after service interactions.


* Monitor equipment performance, service trends, complaint history, and parts utilization to identify improvement opportunities.


* Analyze service-related data and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance customer experience and operational performance.


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation within service management systems, including work orders, service reports, and related records.
