Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Senior Consultant Package Configuration and Integration Solutions on the team, you will:


* Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.


* Configure Salesforce capabilities, including objects, automation, security, reports, dashboards, and user experiences.


* Partner with architects and technical teams on integrations, data migration, custom development, and scalable solution design.


* Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, testing, deployment, release management, and issue resolution.


* Drive user adoption through training, documentation, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.
