Senior Consultant, Package Managed Services

Deloitte's Workday practice is seeking a Senior Consultant, Package Managed Services to help clients design, implement, and optimize Workday VNDLY solutions that support contingent workforce operations.

In this role, you will lead functional design and delivery across Workday VNDLY, Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), and Workday Recruiting, helping clients connect processes, data, and technology.

You will work with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to translate workforce needs into scalable solutions and support delivery from requirements through deployment.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Package Managed Services on the Workday team, you will be responsible for:

- Lead functional design and configuration of Workday VNDLY solutions supporting contingent workforce processes

- Facilitate requirements-gathering and solution-design sessions with client stakeholders and project teams

- Configure and test VNDLY business processes, workflows, and supporting solution components

- Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test cases, and deployment materials

- Coordinate with Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, integration, and change management teams to support connected solution delivery

Within Package Managed Services, the team works with clients to design, implement, and optimize Workday VNDLY, HCM, and Recruiting capabilities that support contingent workforce operations.

Professionals collaborate across functional and technical teams to deliver connected solutions that align workforce strategy, business processes, and technology.

Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor's degree

- 3+ years of experience configuring Workday VNDLY

- 3+ years of experience leading functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for Workday implementations

- 1+ year of experience supporting contingent labor or external workforce management processes

- Ability to travel 0-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

- Workday VNDLY certification

- Completion of a Workday Pro certification in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Integrations, or Reporting
