QA Concrete Technician - Fort Miller Precast Fort Miller Precast has a full time opportunity for a QA Technician in our concrete plant.

The QA Technician is responsible for performing required testing of raw materials and plastic concrete, fabricating and testing concrete cylinders in the QA laboratory and maintaining accurate logs of test results.

Your role as a QA Concrete Technician: Perform required testing of raw materials and plastic concrete in QA laboratory.Fabricate and test concrete cylinders.Maintain accurate logs of test results.Work closely with Batch Plant and provide quality service and ensure efficiency in QA Lab.

What we are looking for: Familiarity with concrete testing or ability to learn quickly.Basic mathematical skills and ability to understand common measurements of length.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.Extreme attention to detail.Must be able to obtain Level I ACI certification.High level of integrity and accuracy.Extraordinary attention to detail.Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
