As a Senior Associate, Card Experiential Product Strategy in Lifestyle, you support the strategic development and delivery of customer experiences and partnerships across the year.

You collaborate across branded card teams, Chase Media Solutions, and agency partners to translate priorities into clear plans and high-quality execution.

You use insights and strong operational discipline to help ensure experiences are customer-centered, economically sound, and aligned to business goals.

Job responsibilities


* Work cross-functionally within the Lifestyle Experiences team and various Chase branded cards (Ink, Sapphire Reserve for Business) as well as Chase Media Solutions to develop and implement a core experiential strategy that ladders up into both card product and the firm's key objectives, while maintaining a customer-first approach


* Effectively communicate our strategic roadmap with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on execution, prioritization, and to drive buy-in for key business decisions


* Develop, inform, and shape presentation materials including, but not limited to strategic partners, customer events and card benefit initiatives


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lines of business, and external agency partners to ensure initiatives are laddering up into north star objectives and activated with operational excellence


* Understand profit and loss and economics of customer benefits to inform prioritization and strategic partnerships


* Leverage results, customer insights, and competitive insights to develop strategic offerings


* Engage in working groups, problem solving and brainstorming sessions that prepare analysis to support leadership decision making


* Contribute to and help create executive communication materials for senior management and present project analyses and recommendations to senior executives


* Exercise sound judgment, anticipate bottlenecks, evaluate and mitigate potential risks

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 3+ years experience in a strategy or experiential role within a complex and dynamic environment


* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels


* Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly story tell using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, etc.


* Proficiency to identify issues and resolve them with a sense of urgency as a great team player


* Ability to define and drive a delivery roadmap inclusive of milestone deliveries and the associated status reporting
