SIP Operation Manager & PMO

Role Summary: Responsible for end-to-end SIP - Sales incentive Plan delivery including campaign Management, Deployment and implementation of the Incent application.

Manage and support global delivery / operations such as ticket handling and geographical support.

Provides SIP administration support including business requirement gathering, sales target-letter communications, incentive calculations, and payouts etc.Key Responsibilities


* Lead transversal projects and tool/feature enhancements.


* Gather requirements for sales plans, KPIs, and calculation rules for Incent configuration, ensuring accurate plan, position, and title assignments.


* Manage system access and user account creation for sales users.


* Ensure timely submission of targets/quotas, and achievement data from countries for Target letter roll out & Process payout.


* Maintain payout-related elements including KPIs, targets, plans, hierarchy, HR data, and achievement updates.


* Manage credit assignments and generate payroll files across quarterly/biannual/annual payout cycles.


* Run payout cycles and validate results for accuracy and completeness.


* Conduct regular data audits on plans and targets; investigate and resolve discrepancies.


* Partner with Sales Managers, HRBP, and HR Services to uphold SIP accuracy, compliance, and governance.


* Design, validate, and maintain reports/dashboards using Incent Analytics.


* Monitor and act on HR interface alerts related to SIP attributes.


* Resolve user queries and provide end-to-end support for payees, managers, and leaders.


* Perform ad-hoc audits of user activity logs to ensure proper system usage.


* Communicate SIP updates via Incent PODs, Yammer, and other channels.


* Deliver onboarding, training, and enablement sessions for SIP users.


* Provide data-driven insights on trends and seasonality to support annual SIP plan design.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience


* B.Tech / MBA / Postgraduate degree with 10/15+ years of experience.


* Strong background in Commercial/ Sales Operations with hands-on exposure to Sales Incentive processes and Incent applications.


* Experience working with enterprise HR/Sales CRM/ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Talent Link, SAP, Oracle, Sales Force with understanding of employee data and salary data structures.


* Proven experience in global-scale deployments and rollouts.


* Strong proficiency in project management tools (Planner, MS Project, JIRA, Kanban boards) and advanced skills in Excel


* Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in BI tools and data management.


* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively across countries and regions
