* Understand the project, financials for better understanding the business


* To meet the Sales Number as per Organization Targets


* Close Coordination with Key stake holders for Preparation of Forecast.


* Maintain the Customer logistics offer greater than 95% and make RCA for Failure reasons and close with corrective action


* Maintain the Supplier on time delivery 95% and make RCA for Failure reasons and close with corrective action


* Ensure Timely Submission of vendor Invoices


* Preparation of purchase orders


* Work Closely with Global team, local teams for Pushing the deliveries.


* Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies


* Discovering profitable suppliers and initiating procurement partnerships


* Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness


* Collaborate with key people to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company


* Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and preparing control strategies


* Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements


* Reduction in customer complaints by good quality material from supplier


* Responsible for Downstream Activities to IG customers for deliveries.


* Procurement knowledge of Import components, SE components.


* Having knowledge of custom duty payment, AWB


* Having Capabilities of handling Import Shipments


* Having Procurement Knowledge of Electrical Switchgear


* Coordinate and Resolve Technical Queries of Suppliers with the help of Engg.

* Must Have Knowledge of PO Related transactions in SAP


* Ensure Timely Placement of PO in SAP


* Maintain Supplier OTD up to 95%


* Supplier Assessment at Every Month


* Maintain Tracking Sheet of Material against Each project


* Mapping of Material procurement wrt EA Sheet


* Hands on Experience of SAP in MM Module.

Work on Subcontracting model for manufacturing of Equipment's

BE/Diploma Electrical/Mechanical with 4-5 Year Experience in Purchase/Supply Chain/Procurement
