Staff Tech (3rd Shift)

Join our production team as a Senior Operator II and take the lead in operating and optimizing automated cell equipment.

This is a hands-on role where your technical skills, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality will directly impact our manufacturing success.

What will you do?


* Set up, configure, and calibrate automated machinery to support efficient and high-quality production runs


* Operate and monitor equipment performance, making real-time adjustments to maintain optimal output


* Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure standards are consistently met


* Partner with maintenance teams and provide input on equipment upkeep and process enhancements

Salary Range: $68k - $102K
