As a Cartveyor Project Manager, youll be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of customer projects, from sales order review and project planning through to completion and delivery.

This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, meet customer and company requirements, and align with organizational objectives.

Through effective coordination of resources, schedules, stakeholders, and project deliverables, the Project Manager drives customer satisfaction while upholding the company's reputation for quality, service, and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities: Reviews, enters, and presents all new equipment and special project sales orders to Engineering and other applicable departments in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.

Ensures accuracy, consistency, and organization throughout the order management process while effectively communicating order requirements and commitments across all departments.

Manages projects from order receipt, or sales effort initiation as directed, through shipment, installation, and final payment, ensuring timely receipt of purchase orders, drawing approvals, and other required customer documentation.

Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers, dealers, and external partners while upholding Pflow's reputation for quality, service, and operational excellence.

Partners with the Director of Cartveyor & Strategic Accounts to provide consistent communication, project coordination, and customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
