The Opportunity

Moceri Companies is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Construction Laborer to support residential construction and remodeling projects in Auburn Hills and surrounding developments.

This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple phases of residential construction.

You'll work alongside Project Managers and other construction professionals, helping keep jobsites organized, materials where they're needed, and projects moving smoothly from groundbreaking through customer move-in.

We're looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and recognize what needs to be done without requiring constant direction.

Because this position involves traveling between project locations and transporting tools and building materials, candidates must have a truck or other suitable personal vehicle for work-related transportation.

Vehicle and mileage reimbursement will be provided.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Construction & Jobsite Support


* Assist Project Managers and construction team members with daily jobsite needs


* Perform general construction labor across residential construction and remodeling projects


* Load, unload, move, and stage building materials, tools, and supplies


* Transport tools and building materials between assigned project locations as needed


* Help prepare work areas for upcoming construction activities and trades


* Support different phases of construction as projects progress from groundbreaking through completion


* Assist with basic construction and remodeling tasks as directed


* Take initiative to identify and complete jobsite tasks that help keep projects moving efficiently


* Jobsite Organization & Quality


* Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites


* Remove construction debris and keep active work areas clear and accessible


* Organize and stage materials, tools, and supplies for upcoming work


* Help protect completed work, fixtures, and finished surfaces from damage


* Assist with final project preparation and cleanup before customer move-in


* Pay close attention to workmanship and communicate potential quality concerns


* Help maintain Moceri's standards for craftsmanship and jobsite presentation
