Post Harvest Associate

JOB SUMMARY The Post-Harvest Associate reports directly to the Post Harvest Manager and plays a hands-on role in the post-harvest lifecycle of cannabis by supporting drying, curing, storage, and preparation of flower for final processing.

This position is responsible for handling harvested cannabis with care and precision to maintain product quality, consistency, and compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Working under the direction of post-harvest leadership, the Post-Harvest Associate supports daily post-harvest operations while maintaining accurate records, organization, and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a highly regulated and physically demanding environment.

Work is performed in a cultivation environment with regular exposure to cannabis plants, cannabis-related odors, pollen, dust, and varying temperatures, humidity levels, and lighting conditions typical of commercial cultivation operations.
