As a Strategic Initiatives PMO and Workforce Agility Program Director within Chase Home Lending, you will lead the firm's most consequential workforce transformation efforts across all Home Lending business teams while overseeing the Strategic Initiatives PMO that drives planning, execution, integration and adoption of high-impact strategic initiatives.

You will establish scalable program infrastructure, provide centralized oversight across initiatives, and ensure measurable outcomes through strong governance, disciplined execution, and stakeholder alignment.

You will directly influence how work is structured, how AI, automation and emerging technologies reshape work, organizational structures, and customer experiences, and how our teams are positioned to perform at their best.

This is a high-visibility leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, people, and technology - and your work will have a direct impact on the organization's performance and bottom line.

Job responsibilities


* Lead multiple cross-organizational programs across Home Lending, driving workforce agility and transformation from ideation through execution and delivering measurable business results.


* Partner with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders to align workforce agility priorities with Home Lending's long-term strategy and financial objectives.


* Lead workforce impact assessments to identify role, capacity, skill, organizational, and leadership implications associated with transformation initiatives.


* Partner with HR, Employee Readiness, Communications, and business teams to coordinate workforce readiness strategies that enable successful adoption of future-state operating models.


* Own the Strategic Initiatives PMO portfolio across Home Lending, providing a centralized hub for program oversight, coordination, and support.


* Establish and maintain an integrated view across strategic initiatives, including plans, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and risks, using consistent program management methodologies.


* Drive planning and execution of complex strategic initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables aligned to business and customer needs.


* Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, translating complex operational challenges into structured and executable programs.


* Manage and develop program staff, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
