Mechanical Design Engineer Intern (Apodaca, N.L.)

Ready to kickstart your career with real-world experience? We're offering a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern opportunity in our Plant 1 in Apodaca, where you'll support delivery activities and learn how we bring projects from planning to successful execution.

What will you do?



* Support the customization of low-voltage electrical equipment based on customer specifications and standard engineering designs.


* Develop and modify 2D and 3D mechanical designs for LVMCC products.


* Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) required for equipment manufacturing.


* Participate in continuous improvement and productivity projects to optimize engineering processes.


* Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.


* Provide technical support throughout design, manufacturing, and commissioning activities.

What qualifications will make you successful?



* Active student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field, graduating in December 2027 or later.


* 1 year of experience in Design Engineering (3D modelling).


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* High attention to detail and accuracy.


* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.


* Intermediate English proficiency.


* Interest in manufacturing processes, product design, and continuous improvement.



*Graduation Date: December 2027 or later
