What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Deliver Analyst plays a critical role in improving customer experience and supply chain performance through data-driven decision making, digital tools, and AI-enabled and data-driven problem solving.

This role partners across Sales, Customer, Planning, Transportation, Distribution, and Deliver teams to identify root causes, anticipate risks, automate recurring work, and recommend solutions that improve service, cost, inventory health, and operational execution.

Primary functional responsibilities can include:



* Use AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics to identify trends, root causes, service risks, and improvement opportunities across order management, replenishment, inventory, and logistics.


* Apply AI and digital tools to simplify recurring analysis, improve reporting speed, reduce manual work, and support faster decision-making.


* Translate complex data into clear business recommendations, including customer-level, SKU-level, ship-to-level, and network-level insights.


* Use tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Excel, Power BI, SAP/BW, EDI, Celonis, and other analytics platforms to investigate issues, summarize findings, and support continuous improvement.


* Collaborate with sales, customer, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting, improved logistics efficiency and efficient inventory replenishment.


* Lead and support process improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, service level enhancement, and operational efficiency.


* Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
