By protecting loan quality and keeping borrowers and retail partners informed, the position supports attainable homeownership, strong relationships, and responsible portfolio growth.
What You’ll Do
* Process approved chattel loans accurately and efficiently to support timely closings and funding.
* Ensure each loan package is complete, compliant, and supported by the required collateral, verification, flood, and security documentation.
* Prepare and review closing documents to minimize errors and deliver a clear, dependable experience for borrowers and retail partners.
* Audit completed loan files and clear underwriting conditions within established service standards to keep qualified loans moving toward funding.
* Coordinate fund disbursements, escrow details, and post-closing communications so all parties receive accurate information and payments.
* Manage the loan pipeline through consistent follow-up, status updates, and accurate system documentation to improve communication and funding ratios.
* Strengthen customer and partner relationships by resolving inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and collaborating across sales, underwriting, collections, titling, and servicing teams.

Experience:
Required
* 6 months of customer service experience
Preferred
* 2 years of customer service experience
* Manufactured housing, real estate or auto loan processing experience
Skills & Knowledge:
Required
* Demonstrated ability to type at least 45 words per minute with accuracy
* PC skills to include Microsoft Word, Access and Excel
* Strong math and analytical skills
* Knowledge of credit union compliance requirements
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to develop and manage multiple projects
Education:
Required
* High school diploma or equivalent
Licenses & Certifications:
Required
* NMLS Registration
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Compensation Details:
Paygrade: 1CA
The expected hourly pay range for this position is $23.77–$25.73.
