We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Team in Raritan, NJ.

Our Raritan, NJ Cell Therapy facility is scaling up operational flows to serve more patients and meet the highest quality standards without compromising manufacturing efficiency.

The Senior Manager is responsible for leading and driving long-term strategy and regulatory compliance, while striving for world-class excellence and performance.

This role will also maintain excellent communication with business partners to manage expectations effectively and will help build the organization in alignment with operational ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead all aspects of Cryopreservation/MOI/QCCB operations for a personalized cell therapy, supporting both clinical and commercial requirements.


* Build and maintain an environment of innovative continuous improvement, focusing on quality, value creation, performance management, and capacity.


* Lead managers and operations personnel working in the Value Stream, including hiring and developing people at all levels to grow within and beyond their current roles.


* Partner effectively with all functions including Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Operations Support to ensure seamless execution of planned activities.
