Position Overview

The Compliance Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of Compliance components of the Finance Solutions & Technology (FS&T) portfolio.

The role will drive planning, oversight and communication of Compliance projects and run-state work efforts, as well as provide support, leadership and direction to project managers of FS&T deployments with compliance activities.

This position reports to the Sr.

Project Manager, Cross-Program Project Management.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive professional who excels in managing timelines, resourcing, improving workflows, and working cross-functionally.

This will bring a strong ability to build relationships with the FS&T Compliance organization as well as broader J&J Compliance, Finance, Technology (JJT) and PMO organizations to drive planning, interdependency management, issue and risk management, and execution of compliance activities.

* Follow FS&T Project Management standards while maintaining Project Plans and status data, including records of dependencies and RAID
