We're looking for an engaged Operations Shift Lead to support the Operations unit by ensuring that daily production remains safe, compliant, and efficient.

You will lead shift teams, act as Building Captain for emergency response, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to remove roadblocks and drive continuous improvement, helping the team deliver reliable results every day.

You will be responsible for:


* Leading the emergency response team and acting as Building Captain to ensure employee safety and emergency preparedness.


* Applying and promoting SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.


* Coordinating prioritization and resource allocation for ingredient and new product processing to meet production schedules and quality targets.


* Monitoring daily operational plans, conducting Gemba walks and spot checks, and removing roadblocks to maintain efficient workflows.


* Serving as the first point of escalation within Operations and fostering collaboration with other departments and external partners.


* Identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements, while maintaining standardized visual management to enhance safety, quality, cost performance, and scheduling.

Qualifications/Requirements:


* Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to lead teams, including emergency response responsibilities.
