We are searching for the best talent for Supervisor, Warehouse Operations.

You will be responsible for:


* Govern and oversee warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations, with a particular focus on controlled substances related processes.


* Lead, coach, and supervise operations team members to ensure high performance and continuous development.


* Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, company policies, and J&J Quality & Compliance standards.


* Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen service performance.


* Support and lead strategic initiatives and projects related to warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations.


* Monitor, follow up, and ensure timely closure of Non-Conformances (NCs), Corrective Actions (CAPAs), and Preventive Actions in accordance with quality requirements.


* Establish and maintain effective governance, risk management, and oversight mechanisms across distribution and logistics operations.


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence, compliance, and customer service outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience


* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in warehouse and distribution operations.


* Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations.
